Infrared Sauna Experience
Make sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after your sauna session to help you sweat out the toxins and hydrate. Wash your face and remove all makeup to allow your skin to receive the full benefits of the far infrared heat during your sauna experience.

We will show you to your sauna room and show you how to work the sauna controls.
What To Wear
Swim wear or lightweight clothing. After your sauna session we recommend loose fitting, comfortable wear.
SWEAT IT OUT
In your first session, it may take 10-20 minutes to break a sweat as the infrared sauna slowly raises your core temperature by 2-3 degrees, rather than simply heating your skin with hot air like a traditional sauna. The more regular saunas you have, the more your body will become accustomed to raising your core temperature a lot sooner in the session.
After your shower, you will continue to perspire as your body naturally cools down. Be sure to replenish and rehydrate—our fridges are stocked with free sparkling water for you.

Pink is associated with love, kindness, creativity, childlike joy and femininity. Pink calms and reassures our emotional energies, alleviating anger, resentment, abandonment and neglect.
Increases neuromuscular tone. Purifies blood, helps digestion and has a cleansing effect. Strongly stimulates happiness, security and well-being. Yellow ignites new energy, stimulates excitement and motivation.
Is a cooling, sedating colour, which helps reduce swelling of joints and tissues; it calms the body’s nervous system. It’s the colour of the relaxed heart.
Increases intuition and sensitivity. It mentally relaxes and tackles embodied psychological barriers. It acts as a tonifier and can help regulate imbalances in the lung and large intestines system.
Is a cool colour that is calming. It stimulates the parasympathetic system, reduces blood pressure and calms both breathing and heart-rate. It helps treat sleep disorders and headaches.
